Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for health and safety within Man with Van Malden Rushett rests with the company management, who ensure that appropriate arrangements, resources and training are in place. Management is responsible for:

Providing instructions and guidance to workers on safe working methods and use of equipment.
Ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained in a safe condition.

All workers, whether full-time, part-time or casual, also have responsibilities. Every worker must:
Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions.

Risk Assessment and Safe Working Practices
